सरकारी व्यवस्था की सुस्त गति में यदि कोई शक्ति अचानक फाइलों को पंख लगाकर उड़ाती दिखाई देती है, तो वह है भ्रष्टाचार। यह व्यंग्य लेख बताता है कि कैसे रिश्वत की अनौपचारिक व्यवस्था आम नागरिक, अधिकारी और ठेकेदार—सभी के लिए “सुविधाजनक तंत्र” बन चुकी है।

लायंस क्लब सार्थक द्वारा आयोजित होली उत्सव में लगभग 20 परिवारों ने भाग लिया। रंग, गुलाल, डीजे संगीत और पारंपरिक रसिया-लांगुरिया के साथ तीन घंटे तक चला यह पारिवारिक आयोजन हंसी-मजाक और ठिठोली से सराबोर रहा।

Discipline arises from understanding and leads to freedom. Bondage arises from fear and takes freedom away. The difference lies not in rules themselves, but in whether they are chosen consciously or imposed unconsciously.
