Home is not just a place made up of brick and stones. It is something close to our heart that nourishes our feelings and emotions. A place where we feel secure in a closely knitted sentimental ties.
Lockdown is an opportunity for us to explore something more about our relationship, belongingness and affirmation of togetherness.


In this corona menace home is a perfect place to delve into our innovative skills

“Home is a place you grow up wanting to leave and grow old wanting to get back to” JOHN ED PEARCE
As a matter of perspective, I found interesting to draw old age trees in the backyard. Nature is the art of gracious GOD which invigorates us to live every moment.

    A house is built by bricks and a home by heart. Garima, you have interlaced your emotions with the past and present, living and dead and also with a whiff of unknown affection and love. You gave a generous respect to the old tree in the backyard,which must have been a silent spectator to the chronicle events you underwent there in your home. Excellent display!!

    Nothing can be closer to the truth.The security and comfort offered by a home surpass every luxury inthe world.The beautiful drawings of old age trees,which have weathered the storm and withstood the test of time,are relevant to the context.Akin to a home,they offer shelter and are used by mankind till the last stages of their existence.During lockdown,everyone is safest at home.STAY HOME ,STAY SAFE_Dr Monika Dubey

    Deceptive ideas linked to corona virus scam is very precarious.
    India need to contain domestic contagion ,is only feasible through social distancing.
    Tour’s art give stimulus on this subject of social distancing and set a template for over crowds of india.

    सुन्दर रेखाचित्रों से सुसज्जित आलेख बहुत अच्छा लगा, बहुत-बहुत बधाई। विशेष प्रसन्नता इस बात से हुई कि आप पेशे से चिकित्सक हैं और साथ ही प्रकृति प्रेमी और कलम की धनी भी हैं। माँ सरस्वती की अनुकम्पा से लेखन की मौलिकता का वरदान मिला है, वह आपके लेखन को यशस्वी बनाता है।
    क्षमा चाहता हूँ, हिन्दी प्रेमी पाठक हूँ, अतएव प्रतिक्रिया हिन्दी में दे रहा हूँ।
    कोरोना युग में घर मे रहने की विवशता और ‘सोशियल डिस्टेंसिंग’ बनाए रखने की अपरिहार्यता को आपने अपने आलेख में सहजता से व्याख्यायित किया है। आपने घर की महत्ता सिद्ध की वहीं घर को ‘हाउस ऑफ मिलियन्स इमोशंस’ बताकर ‘सोशियल डिस्टेंसिंग’ के अलगाव को भावनात्मक सृजन से जोड़ दिया है।
    पेशे से आप चिकित्सक हैं, कोरोना की चपेट में आ जाने वाले वृद्धजनों पर उसके मृत्युजनित दुष्प्रभावों को पुराने, जर्जर पड़ चुके पेड़ों के चित्रांकन से भली प्रकार दिग्दर्शित किया है। मैं इसे प्रकृति के नियम ‘सृजन, पालन और संहार’ से जोड़कर देखता हूँ। आपने पुराने, जर्जर पेड़ों और तूफान की विभीषिका से उनके अनवरत संघर्ष को प्रकट किया है। वस्तुस्थिति यही है, कोरोना से सर्वाधिक अभिशिप्त वृद्धजन हैं किन्तु आप जैसे सुयोग्य, ईश्वर सदृश चिकित्सकों के बल पर वे निरन्तर जीवनीय संघर्ष कर रहे हैं, करते रहेंगे, यद्यपि प्रकृति के नियमानुसार अंततः उन्हें सँहारित तो होना ही है।

    अन्त में, मैं कविता की कुछ पंक्तियाँ जो बचपन में प्राथमिक कक्षाओं में (वर्ष 1956-57 के दौरान) पढ़ी थीं, जो घर के महत्त्व को प्रतीकात्मक रूप से प्रकट करती हैं, उद्धरित करना रहा हूँ-

    ‘एक चिड़िया के थे बच्चे चार
    घर से निकले पंख पसार,
    पूर्व से पश्चिम को आए
    उत्तर से दक्षिण को धाए,
    घूमघाम कर घर को आए
    माता को यों वचन सुनाए,
    देख लिया हमने जग सारा,
    अपना घर है, सबसे प्यारा।।’
